“Napa Valley Wine Luminaries, from Past to Present” with Dane Kuta

Join us on October 21st at 7pm as we officially start our Fall 2021 Virtual Presentation series, highlighting the theme of our new exhibit, Wine: Our Story. Dane Kuta offers an expert’s perspective on the history of Napa Valley’s wine industry, as an experienced instructor and wine expert.

Dane is a Level 2 Certified Sommelier, Napa Valley Wine Expert, Bordeaux Master, Champagne Master, Champagne MOOC, Italian Wine Professional, and Certified Level 2 Member of the Academy of Cheese. Dane has traveled, tasted, and explored extensively in the wine regions of California, New York, Oregon, Texas, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, and New Zealand. Dane has taught wine appreciation at San Diego State University; California State University, San Marcos; and MiraCosta College. Dane is a member of the Guild of Sommeliers.

This presentation will be hosted via Zoom. Tickets are $10 for NCHS members and $20 for non-members. Ticket sales will remain open until two hours before the event. Virtual ticket will be available as a download with a Zoom link upon reaching the order confirmation page. This Zoom link will also be emailed to all participants prior to the event.
